• Safety: Our entire cart is UL listed for safety. Others just list internal electrical components. The Anthro cart is UL listed as a unit giving you added peace of mind regarding electrical safety. Specifically this Anthro Laptop Cart is tested to the same UL safety standard as your other computer devices. The cart is tested to Underwriters Laboratories US and Canada (Bi-National) Standard for Safety of Information Technology Equipment.
• Laptop Security: The reinforced steel doors have a two-point locking system plus a recessed T-handle lock, giving you the security you need without protruding pad locks which catch on door frames and corners.
• Power Distribution: All of your laptops are charged from a single plug (even in the 30 unit cart). Other carts not only have separate plugs in their 30 unit cart but these plugs require separate outlets fed by separate circuits (now try to figure that one out for every room where you expect to use your cart!). Our cart also has two external outlets on the top of the cart so you can plug peripherals such as projectors or your Airport hub.
• Cable Management: Each bay has a slot made for a Velcro cable tie (of course we supply the Velcro ties). Thread the Velcro tie through the slot then bundle cables with the tie. Bingo! We even included an internal network cable with one end terminating at the top of the cart for your wireless hub and the other end terminating on the bottom of the cart for connection to your network. Bingo AGAIN!
• Mobility: Our 5", soft rubber, heavy duty casters mean easy silent running even on hard floors, rough floors or over thresholds.
• Ventilation: Sculpted (not just slotted!) Vents in the cart doors and sides encourage air circulation without the need for noisy, power-consuming and failure-prone fans
• Ships Assembled: Have you ever assembled a gas grill? No fun is it? Our units ship completely assembled ready to use. This means that you receive our cart in the morning and you are ready to store and recharge your laptops when school is over that same day. Use your valuable time for more important things than cart assembly.
• Guaranteed Freight: Our carts ship insured for the full value of the cart, which means that you don't need to worry about freight damage (for those who have received freight damaged material, you know the hassle).
